If the user is behind parental controls or web filtering, the authentication for these API calls can fail because the authentication isn't applying to the calls somehow (you'll see 403 Forbidden errors in browser dev tools).

This morning she went to play and it says it needs an update then when you go to the App Store there isn't one (last update 5/28 it says). So she goes back to roblox and none of the games will open.
