Jul 26, 2021 · The iPad cannot send messages to non-iOS users unless you have it configured with Text Message forwarding to an iPhone. On your iPhone, go to Settings>Phone>Text Message Forwarding and select your iPad.
May 8, 2018 · When I attempt to send text messages to friends with non iPhones, I keep receiving a "message was not delivered" message, and I restarted my phone a couple times, and attempted to send while on Wi-Fi, also just on cellular service, still having trouble. Any solutions? Thanks!
