Feb 7, 2017 · Su-ho tries to talk Sun-woo out of fighting Crown Prince Chang, but Sun-woo vows that he won’t lose. The general comes for him, and as he steps out of the cell, Ji-dwi says in a small voice, “Don’t die.”. As they’re walking to the courtyard, the general suddenly pulls his sword and slashes Sun-woo’s right arm.
Ji-dwi, now Jinheung, had come head-to-head with the man who was both his greatest rival and is his greatest friend, Seon-woo. Both men envisioned a kingdom where the people could rely on the king to care for them more than himself. Seon-woo hadn't been confident that Ji-dwi could fill that roll and thought of taking it himself.

The episode even dredged up a sliver of memory that there was something I liked about Ah-ro and Sun-woo’s romance, which was when they teased each other.
