Nov 30, 2016 · I just downloaded the scanning app that is compatible with Windows 10 and all of the settings (scanner, source, file type, etc) has been set and once I click "scan" I receive a pop up box that states "Problem Scanning. Something went wrong. Please try again." I DO NOT get that same message when I click Preview Scan. The scan works well.
