Sometimes a simple restart of your iPhone can fix the “Unknown Part” iPhone camera error. To do this, press and hold the power button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears. No matter if you’re using an OEM screen or battery from another iPhone, you will always get the “non-genuine Apple part” mesg. Only way to get rid of it is to transfer the IC chip from the original screen to another OEM Apple screen.
