Do the following required steps, re-starting Opera after each one of them and checking if the problem remains after each one. Disable all extensions. Disable the ad-blocker. Disable all limiters. I have a brand new computer and a brand new install of Windows, all the other programs work fine, opera takes a minute to open, huffs and puffs and stutters like a retarded fat guy running uphill, and is generally unusuable. I don't care why it doesnt work, because that's not my problem.
