May 30, 2023 · While the celebrated Canadian actor is no stranger to the stage, having starred in a 2011 production of Noel Coward’s Private Lives that moved to Broadway after several weeks in Toronto, Gross’s only previous Stratford credit was playing the title role in the Festival’s 2000 staging of Hamlet.
