5 days ago · My PS audio can support 1,000 W. Preamp, streamer, turntable and DAC is maybe 150 W, Power amps run 600 W. My thinking is to only run the small power consumers for 150 W than all to minimize risk of interference with the heavy duty amps. Thus, my preference, IF subs, use a front facing stereo matched pair, located adjacent to your primary speakers. When a pair, smaller subs can be successful, easier to fit.

5 days ago · The SPDIF sounds amazing into my Benchmark DAC3B. My frame of reference is the Lumin X1 streamer and Sonore OpticalRendu. I had all 3 side-by-side and was shocked that the PBD Stream-IF was hanging with the fibre optical of the other 2. The PLINK should be even better compared to SPDIF.
