4 days ago · I'm wanting multiple synths to be routed through the compressor peddle via Tascam while keeping my drum machine dry (using seperate drum output to duck everything ). I'm led to believe this can be done on the Tascam via the inserts channel. I've followed some step-by-steps. I think there are other routing things I might need to grasp.

Apr 25, 2024 · with my other daws I use tascam dm4800 for tracks 1-24 and Icon pro x and extender for tracks 25-32 and the other 8 channels of the icon for for 8 busses, so I would like 3 extenders and 2 controllers. This works with digital performer and cubase.

May 6, 2024 · I think it's important to have at least two preamps (i.e. dual/stereo) that features: 65+ dB of (linear) clean gain DI Polarity Pad High-Pass Filter Nice to have: Meters Detented or stepped knobs, for recall Output trim Adjustable impedance or at least "High/Low," for ribbons/dynamics (tone control) Insert (so you can track with a compressor/EQ)
